When the root changes, SAMVETA copies all existing files, verifies file count, size and SHA-256 checksums, activates the new root, then removes the old data only after successful verification. Existing storage remains active if migration fails. No API restart is required.
Logs
Date-wise logs under SamvetaAppsV1/logs/YYYY-MM-DD. Active file rotates automatically at 5 MB.
Maximum active log size is fixed at 5 MB. On rotation: YYYY-MM-DD_HHmmss.log. At date change, a new YYYY-MM-DD folder and YYYY-MM-DD.log are created automatically.

Live runtime detailsAll MasterConfig sections are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. The API decrypts them only in memory. The master encryption key is stored separately with restricted file permissions.
